Booking Policies & Procedures

Thank you for choosing Carraway Beauty LLC for your beauty services! Please read carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies.

• Evening appointments only: 2nd & 3rd Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and every other Saturday.
• Sundays are available upon request and based on availability, with an additional $35 fee added to the service total.
• Any services booked before 7 AM or after 8 PM require an additional $150 fee — no exceptions or negotiations.
• Requests for services outside of the standard service window (example: Tuesday at 1 PM) must be confirmed in advance by phone or email. If accommodated, a $30 special request fee will be added to the service total.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. 
• Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
• Payments accepted: Cash, Visa/Mastercard, Zelle and Venmo. 

Cash App and personal checks are not accepted. Clients choosing to pay with cash must bring the exact amount; change will not be provided.

•  Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a $35 late fee, added to your service total automatically — even if communication is made.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 
• No call / no show = 100% of the service charge. This balance must be paid before booking any future services.
   

• Photos or videos may be taken of your services and results for portfolio and promotional purposes.
• By booking, you consent to photos/videos being used on Carraway Beauty LLC’s social media, website, or marketing materials.
• If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know before your service begins.
   

To maintain a peaceful and professional atmosphere, no extra guests or children are allowed at your appointment unless they are receiving a service.

• This ensures your full relaxation and allows us to focus on providing the best experience.

• After a select time, facial services will only be available to membership clients.
• Memberships provide discounted pricing, priority booking, and exclusive perks. 
• First-time clients may book a single facial, but continued booking requires membership enrollment.
• Makeup services, waxing, and monthly makeup & skincare workshops are available to both members and non-members.

Carraway Beauty LLC is a safe, relaxing, and professional environment. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or repeated policy violations will result in denial of future services.
